Jack Moss is the artist’s name of Jack Johnson, a Canadian songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and film composer who has been putting out work for over a decade. Born in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, and now based in Ottawa, Ontario, Jack is carving out a distinct identity in the world of guitar-driven indie music. His sound is a blend of nostalgia and progress that pulls the past into the future.
Outside his solo work, Jack has collaborated across genres. Collaborators include Night Lovell, JYDN HILL, Grace Marr, and Good Luck Charm. Additionally, he has written, produced, and recorded the original musical scores for Joyfully Jaded, a sitcom mini-series available on Amazon Prime Video, and Detached City, an evocative short film by filmmaker Mia O’Neal.
